Members Approve SIA/BMA Merger The members of the Securities Industry Association and The Bond Market Association have voted to merge the organization to create the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA). Member approval followed approval by the organizations’ boards in June. During the transitional period, while a search for a permanent CEO is completed, BMA President and CEO Micah Green and SIA President Marc Lackritz will serve as co-CEOs.
